The latest status of construction, installation, and operation is presented. This covers the optimized LLRF test procedures of the cryomodules at AMTF. During such a test the 8 cavities of a cryomodule are operated with feedback close to their individual maximal operational gradients. In order to pass the test, certain limits in vector sum amplitude and phase stability must not be exceeded. In the talk furthermore the installation status of the LLRF racks and the cryomodules in the X-FEL injector section and in the X-FEL main tunnel is covered. First experiences in the commissioning of&lt;br \/&gt;\nthe LLRF control of the X-FEL RF gun are presented. Certain performance degradations in maximal operational gradients of cavities from vertical tests to horizontal test within the assembled cryomodules are common. In some cases the degradation of the maximal operational gradient of a single cavity is so large, that a higher&lt;br \/&gt;\nvector sum gradient can be achieved by excluding this certain cavity. Preliminary results of simulations with the goal of finding a rule for the exclusion of single cavities in X-FEL cryomodules are presented. The main advantages of the magnetron-driven microtron are compactness, cost-effectiveness, and high beam quality (relatively low emittance and energy spread). However, the peak current of the microtron is less than 1 A (~10 pC for 15 ps bunch duration) and it is not easy to get enough gain for FEL operation with the beam. To enhance the interaction between electrons and electromagnetic waves in the FEL oscillators, we used a parallel-plate waveguide for our first THz FEL (100-300 mm light with linear polarization) and a circular waveguide for the second THz FEL (400-600 mm, circular polarization). Electron cloud effects is a concern for positron beams for such damping rings. The presentation will  give an overview of recent measurements and simulation results for CesrTA. The measurement conditions were set up in order to study single bunch phenomena by observing a &amp;ldquo;Witness bunch&amp;rdquo; behind a train of positron bunches. The beam size and the turn by turn spectra were obeserved for the witness bunch under different conditions. It is important to determine the BBU threshold via simulations while designing the ERLs. At Peking University, a compact ERL test facility is under construction, which will use two 9-cell TESLA-type RF cavities in the main linac. The BBU effect was simulated for the PKU-ERL test facility and the feasibility of using 9-cell TESLA-type cavity on such a compact ERL was proved. At KEK, a multi-GeV ERL based synchrotron light source, extendable to a XFEL-O, is under design. The designed average current for the multi-GeV ERL is up to 100mA. The BBU effects were simulated with various design schemes. In this talk, I will briefly overview the progress of the compact ERL at PKU and the BBU theories and simulations codes. Bmad has a wide range of routines to do many things including the ability to study both single and multi--particle beam dynamics. Spin, wake fields, radiation excitation, and damping, coherent synchrotron radiation (CSR), and intra beam scattering (IBS) can all be simulated. Bmad has routines for calculating emittances, Twiss parameters, coupling, etc. Bmad has an interface to the PTC code of Etienne Forest which allows for the calculation of transfer maps to arbitrary order and normal form analysis. The elements that Bmad knows about include quadrupoles, RF cavities (both storage ring and LINAC accelerating types), solenoids, support girders, Bragg crystals etc. Features such as the ability to simulate overlapping elements, the ability to define the action of control-room &amp;#39;&amp;#39;knobs,&amp;#39;&amp;#39; and the ability to select among different tracking algorithms, have all contributed to a flexible simulation environment that eases the task of both programmers and users alike. The FCC study also includes the design of a high-luminosity e+e- collider in the same tunnel (FCC-ee, formerly TLEP), operating at c.m. energies from 91 GeV up to 350-500 GeV, as a potential intermediate step. In addition, the FCC study considers a highest-energy proton-lepton option (FCC-he). A parallel design study in China prepares for a similar, but smaller e+e-\/pp collider, called CepC\/SppC.&lt;br \/&gt;\nThe key design challenges for FCC-ee include efficient high-gradient cw SRF systems, top-up injection scheme, optics design for arcs and final focus, effects of beamstrahlung, beam polarization, energy calibration, as well as power consumption. electron-proton\/nucleus scattering, realized by colliding one of the two LHC proton (or heavy-ion) beams with 60 GeV electrons provided by a new accelerator. Following the release of its conceptual design report in 2012, the configuration of an energy recovery linac with racetrack shape has been chosen as the LHeC baseline.&lt;br \/&gt;\nMotivated by the discovery of the Higgs boson at the LHC, further LHeC design work during the last two years has adapted the electron and high luminosity optics and beam parameters in order to achieve a luminosity around 10&lt;sup&gt;34&lt;\/sup&gt; cm&lt;sup&gt;-2&lt;\/sup&gt;s&lt;sup&gt;-1&lt;\/sup&gt;, which is desirable for precision Higgs physics studies at the LHeC.  &lt;br \/&gt;\nIn parallel the design of an LHeC Test Facility (LTF) has been advanced. Aside from various other technical and physics goals, this test facility will, in particular, aim at investigating the ERL principle in an LHeC-like configuration, including electron injector and return-arc magnets, at providing a test stand for superconducting SRF cavity modules, as well as at performing some LHeC-related detector R&amp;D. One possible user application of the LTF beam is for generating controlled beam induced quenches of SC magnets. A planned staged construction of the LTF, including a number of well-defined intermediate steps, will lead to an ultimate beam energy of about 1 GeV.&lt;br \/&gt;\nThis talk will present an overview of the LHeC &amp;
