Installing an electron accelerator and a positron (antiparticle of electron) accelerator facing each other and colliding these particles at the center of the tunnel, we create high-energy reaction near the early stages of the universe and we approach the mystery of the universe creation, the mystery of time and space and the mystery of mass. Agreement on construction of this huge accelerator by international cooperation was made between many worldwide researchers of elementary particle or accelerator.
